Two years ago, 78-year-old Shirley Webb could barely get up out of a chair.

It took all of her might to get up and down her stairs, and the most exercise she got was mowing the lawn once a week.

Fed up with being unhealthy, she decided to join her local gym. In two years she went from "couch potato granny" to "record-breaking weightlifter!"

That is an amazing feat. Most of us probably couldn't lift 200 pounds, but she can do it with ease. Props to her for making such an incredible life change.
