If you visit some buildings in Paris today, you’ll find that there are still tiny rooms located at the top of the building.

Today, most people use these rooms as storage.

Can you, however, live in a place that’s only 86 square feet? Well you’re about to find out…

Designers from Kitoko Studio undertook a project in order to renovate this small Paris room. In the past, this room had been used as storage unit and a maid’s living quarters. All that, however, was going to change.

Check out the new room. You may think it looks even more cramped, but that’s all part of the plan to make this a place you could live.

Watch what happens…

when she opens the cabinets!

There’s storage space for clothing…

and there’s a bookshelf that doubles up as stairs that lead to the bunk bed!

There’s even a table for sitting with stools for 2 people.

The cabinets include a sink and cooking surface and there’s still enough space to fit a mini fridge.

This space might not be big, but as you can see with a little bit of creativity, it can be turned into a functional living situation. How incredible is that?

What did you think? Would you mind living in this tiny, yet wonderful apartment? We want to hear your thoughts.
