A woman takes off her bra for a while. A few weeks later, she can't believe how her breasts have changed!

Nearly every woman wears a bra during the day, some even at night. You can find them in all kinds of shapes, colors and sizes. But did you know that you don't actually need a bra to make your breasts appear more voluptuous and attractive? What a lot of people don't know is that squeezing your breasts into a bra can often have negative consequences on the attractiveness of your bust as well as on your general health. If you put away your bra right now, things will start to happen that you were probably never aware of.

Your cup size increases.

It's not a joke: If you were to stop wearing your bra, you could go from being a B-cup to a C-cup after a while. You would start to use your chest muscles more, in order to resist the pull of gravity on your breasts. Of course, they won't magically become fuller but it could very well be that they perk up in a natural way, making them appear bigger.

Your breasts get a nicer shape.

Many women believe that wearing a bra prevents their breasts from sagging. However, that is not always the case. A French study has shown that removing the bra can even lead to perkier breasts.

A healthier bust.

Bras aren't necessarily bad for your breasts, of course. But in the same study, it was demonstrated that the wrong size bra could have many unpleasant side effects such as discomfort or shortness of breath. By ditching your bra, your blood flow improves, you end up using your pectoral muscles more and it's more hygienic because body sweat that accumulates between the bra and your breasts usually forms a breeding ground for bacteria. By omitting the bra, you also omit this problem.

You'll feel better.

A lot of women love that feeling when, after a long day at work, they can finally come home and take off their bras, especially if they are too tight and not very comfortable. Now, just imagine being able to enjoy this feeling every minute, of every hour, of every day. The feeling itself is reason enough to question the necessity of a bra.

Sleep disorders can disappear.

If you keep your bra on when you go to bed, and have problems falling asleep or sleeping through the night, your bra might be the problem. A study showed that wearing a bra can interfere with sleep patterns, which means that women get less sleep. This has to make you curious about sleeping braless at night, right?
