Beautiful clear skin again!

There are some things you'd just rather not have on your face, even if they are not dangerous. Milium (plural milia), also known as milk spots, are small, whitish cysts that look like small moles. They can affect people of all ages. The skin bumps are an aesthetic problem for many affected.

Milk spots  consist of keratin, a substance similar to that which makes up skin, hair and nails. They  usually disappear in the course of time, but if they really bother you and you don't want to wait,  you can make them go away more quickly.

1.  Skin care

Because inadequate skin care can lead to milk spots, in general, you should wash and exfoliate your skin regularly, followed by applying a good moisturizing cream.

2. Sauna

A visit to the sauna can help eliminate milk spots. The heat opens the pores and the milk spots can  be  very lightly rubbed off afterwards.

3.  Avoid the sun

Too much sun exposure can cause milk spots to proliferate and make them more difficult to get rid of. You should therefore avoid the sun or at least use a face cream with sunblock.

4.  Honey

Thanks to honey's  moisturizing and at the same time antioxidant properties, you can get rid of your milk spots more quickly.

5.  Lemon

With a homemade lemon scrub, you can simply exfoliate the milk spots away. Squeeze half a lemon and mix the juice with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Scrub your face with the mixture for a few minutes and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.
