Somethings you never forget — this video is one of those things. A man noticed a hard lump beneath his tongue and then felt the pressure building. When he finally got the courage to press it, he got a slimy surprise.

This man has something called sialolithiasis, or salivary stones. These calcified masses prevent saliva from draining properly. Salivary stones are usually harmless, but if they develop pus it means they've become infected. Dentists can usually take care of them quite easily. Wow, I'm sure this man feels a huge sense of relief!
